No two associations are alike — and neither is the app
When your association is set up, we choose its profile. Membership records, dues, accounting and official ledgers are the same in every profile; the profile only decides which extra modules start out enabled and which terms the panel uses.
Hometown and regional solidarity associations
The business directory, job and worker listings, funeral and condolence notices and congratulation posts start out enabled.
Business and professional associations
The member company directory, committees and event attendance tracking start out enabled; the member is a person and the company belongs to them.
Social solidarity and humanitarian aid associations
Beneficiary records, tracking of aid given and donation campaigns start out enabled.
Mosque-building and religious service associations
Campaigns and aid tracking start out enabled; the terms used in the panel follow the language of these associations.
General association
Core only: membership records, dues and accounting, official ledgers, the general assembly and the annual declaration. Community modules start out disabled.
If your association is not on this list the core is still the same; modules can be switched on and off later from the panel.

Tamper-proof audit trail
Who changed what and when — all kept in a chained record. Retroactive deletion or modification is impossible. When the board changes, the question “who entered this record” has a definite answer.
Period lock
A period that has been printed and sent for certification is locked; no entries can be added to a closed period afterwards.
KVKK
Privacy notice, explicit consent records, account deletion requests, member visibility preferences. A member’s phone and e-mail are hidden by default and shown to others only with the member’s permission.
This is not our app — it is yours
Your members do not download a generic “association app” — they download their own association’s app. Your name, logo and colours across the website, the mobile app and the panel.

Your members open the app in their own language
The mobile app, the association’s website and the admin panel all work in 13 languages. Members abroad and members whose Turkish is limited see the same association in their own language.

You decide in the association settings which languages are available. If you enable none, the association’s website stays in a single language.
Each member picks their own language
A member changes the language in the app; the choice is saved to their profile and kept on later sign-ins.
Right-to-left languages render correctly
Arabic, Persian and Uyghur screens are laid out right to left; translated text is not squeezed into a left-to-right layout.

Will members actually use this app, or download it and forget?
They will, because it holds things that touch their life: job listings, the businesses of fellow members, funeral notices, events. The dues screen is opened once or twice a year; but when looking for work, for a tradesman, or hearing that a member has died, this app is opened often.
Do we have to enter our existing member list one by one?
No. There is bulk import from Excel and we provide the template. We do the import for you.
Why is there no online card payment for dues?
A deliberate choice. Online payment systems take a commission on every transaction — and that comes out of the association’s money. We let members copy the IBAN with one tap; every penny goes straight to the association’s account.
Is our members’ personal data safe?
The privacy notice, explicit consent records, account deletion requests and a data processing inventory ready for the registry are all in the system. Member contact details are hidden by default.
Can our older members use it?
The interface is simple with large buttons, and the app opens in the member’s own language. All content is also on the website, so a member who prefers not to use a phone can access it from a computer.
Who will enter the content — is technical knowledge required?
One or two people from the board using the panel is enough. The panel is as simple as social media, and there are ready templates for notifications.
Is the app published under our association’s name?
Yes — with your association’s name, logo and colours.
