Aika Dernek does not use open registration; members join only by invitation from their association. When your association’s administrator adds you, sign-in details are sent to you by e-mail or SMS. If you think you have not been invited, contact your association’s officer.

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. A reset link is sent to the e-mail address registered in the system. If you cannot access that address, write to us at aika@aika.tr.

In the app, follow Profile → Settings → Delete My Account to delete your account permanently. After deletion your personal data is removed from the system and the association is notified.

Check that notification permission is enabled under iOS > Settings > Notifications > Aika Dernek. Low Power Mode or Focus modes can delay notifications. If the problem persists, restart the app; if it continues, contact us.

Check under iOS > Settings > Aika Dernek that Photos and Camera permissions are granted. Without them the app cannot pick a photo from the gallery.

No. Sharing your location is entirely optional and off by default. You may share the location you choose in your profile so that members of the same association can see nearby members. You can turn it off from the profile screen at any time.

Yes. If you belong to more than one association, you can switch between them from the association picker when the app starts.

Write to aika@aika.tr with your device model, iOS version and when/how the problem occurred, and we will look into it with you. Attaching a screenshot shortens the resolution time.
